The worst customer service ever!
I spoke to someone over the phone about placing a package on vacation hold, which I did online, well before it should have been sent back.
I had to take an uber for almost $20 To get here, to find out that they sent my package back to the sender.
I'm livid!!
Ann and Donald seemed not to care whatsoever and just gave me this look like, "oh well."
Sorry, Ann and Donald that you couldn't be bothered at work, since Donald says,
"I just work here."
Thanks for a horrible Customer service experience.
