  • Wonderful experience at this T-Mobile location thanks to Lavonte. He is the go to guy you want to ask for when visiting this store. Talk about 5 star, hand and foot customer service skills. This guy should be running the Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons. Excellent product knowledge, respectful customer service, wonderful followup, no pushy sales talk, and showed me ways on how T-Mobile can benefit me and my family over the rest of the carriers. Like some of you, T-Mobile was not ranked on my top of the list of carriers. Lavonte and T-Mobile definitely changed my perspective of the company and their business model. I switched a family plan of 4 lines from Verizon after 19 years. If you're hesitant on switching over, check out this Birkdale location and be sure to ask for Lavonte. Get ready for the white glove treatment and be ready to save a lot more money on your monthly bill.
