We were waited on immediately. Went to look at Smart TV's and the guy that helped us was friendly and got answers to our questions. The whole process from start to finish was easy. I am always wary about the extended warranty packages that they try to sell at the end of the sale. They give you 15 days after the purchase of your item to make up your mind on the extended package. I always say that I will think about it, but never get it. Typically, I haven't had problems with my TVs. The three main brands now are Sony, LG, and Samsung. We went with the Samsung because the pictures were just a bit brighter. They swear that the remote is easy to use, but we have never found one that is really easy, probably because we are well beyond our teenage years. It was a pleasant experience and I look forward to the installation. Eventually, we may need to rent a teenager to help us learn all of the bells and whistles because after the GEEK SQUAD comes and goes, that's when all of our complex questions will begin, such as "how do I turn this damn thing on."
