  • I went in for a car wash and told the guy I wanted a Basic wash and he starts ragging on me how everyone in Scottsdale wants just the Basic wash. He goes on to say how everyone in Scottsdale drives Audis, BMWs and they just want a Basic wash. He then asked me,"did you go in and ask for the Basic model of your car when you bought it ?" How is this acceptable customer service?? How unprofessional and completely out of place. I tried to find someone in management or just managing this place and there was no one. Avoid this joke of an establishment.
