1 bedroom penthouse suite with three windows in the living area with an amazing four star view. Big soaking tub and double sink vanity. Stainless steel appliances. Nice big fridge but the temp was turned down too low, my glass of water froze. Dishwasher- detergent not included. Keurig coffee maker. An inadequate amount of trash cans. The automated blackout and sunshades were cool. Part of the sunshade needed repair, it was not secured and dangling down. The tv remote for the Phillips flat screens were awful. They were either unresponsive or there was a delay every time you pressed the up and down arrow button to review the tv guide. The small flat screen in the bathroom didn't work. The sofa had seen better days. The light beige fabric was worn and showed wear and tear. The door stop in the bedroom was broken. Room service for dinner sucked. The food was luke warm and I was told it'd be remade quickly the 2nd time. Well the egg fell off? The server said he'd be right back and 30 mins later nada! The berry smoothie was ok. Only two places aside from Starbuck's to get something to eat. The market cafe downstairs in the lobby was good. Front desk supervisor, Ashleen didn't follow through with my credit and I had to call to have it applied and could not check-out via email because my bill was incorrect. Inconveniently had to go to the front desk to check-out. For $329 a night you'd think their service would be better. Didn't use their spa or pool. Bell desk and Valet were prompt. Baggage hold is located curbside.
