Gee, this buffet used to be so good now it's horrible. Was in Las Vegas last week and couldn't wait to eat at the Paris buffet. This was our first stop upon arriving in Vegas. What a letdown. The line for the buffet wasn't that long but it took over 45 minutes just to get a table. They didn't have enough people working. The food quality and selection has really gone downhill. No "Coq Au Vin." That's what I was craving the most. The made to order crepes are still quite good though. The best buffet in Vegas now, in my opinion, is the Wynn which has good quality, high end food.
