  • Ice cream was great but the place was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. No toilet paper and no paper towels. I don't even want to know what the employees who serve the ice cream do when they want to wash their hands. There was stuff all over the floor. If I had seen the bathroom before ordering the ice cream I would have left. The floors were disgusting and the tables hadn't been cleaned all day. We were there chatting for about and hour and not once did anybody come by and clean up the big glob of dripping ice cream that was on the table next to us. We had to clean our own table. The staff had breaks in the action to clean and didn't use their time efficiently. I realize that with a high volume place the floors etc. are going to get dirty but that's no excuse not to make time to clean. If you are going to have a sign telling customers that they must buy something to use the bathroom (yes the sign literally says that) then your bathroom should at least meet basic health standards when customers go to use it.
