  • Warning warning stay far away from the scam artist company!! They have a bait and switch going on to get you to sign up. Then you get your first bill. Their rep told me my internet 40 mgs would be 34.99 plus the box rental of 10 bucks and I would be paying with taxes about 49 bucks and no sign on fees. For one year contract. I thought was a great deal. I got my first bill it was 150 bucks. Yes 150..I have kept everything all bills and notes on every person I have talked to. Their reps lie to keep you over the month then when your so fed up with their lies and large bills and cancel they send you a 400 early termination fee. I was only with them 3 months and the customer service is so bad that I cancelled and went back to Cox. Mark my words stay away from this company..you will regret doing biz with them. If I could give them -100 stars I would.
