Purchased a combo oven and microwave, knowing the new product would not completely fill the gap from the old. Installer said he was ordering a new trim piece to fill the void below the new ovens. A month later when I called Spencer's they gave me the number of the installer who I called on three separate occasions never hearing back from him. When I again called spencers they supposedly communicated with the installer who said that I had not decided how I was going to fill the gap. They're only response was to give me a number where I can apparently order the trim to cover the gap and then figure out how to get it installed. The most unprofessional business I have dealt with in my entire life so I will never buy another appliance from them and encourage my friends to also boycott them.
