Every Ulta I've walked into reminds me of the scene from Pretty Woman. I'm sure you know which one, but for those who don't, let me remind you.
You walk in, get a stink face and forced "hello". That's the last interaction we had with the staff, even when we had a deer in headlights look as we were searching for a particular cologne.
Despite being relatively empty, we were NEVER approached to see if we needed any assistance. So, instead of spending my money in a place that obviously didn't need or want it, we left empty handed.
Such a dream store with such sad customer service. Maybe it's an unspoken rule or just the wrong staff. I'm apt to believe it's the first option.
