  • I wanted to like this place and have up until now. I've brought my dog in for vaccinations and teeth cleaning and those procedures have all went well. Yesterday I bring my dog in for neutering 8:00am sign documents for price of $488 for procedure with a $100+ cosmetic fee in there to make sure the scrotum would be aesthetically pleasing. I get a call around 12 saying during surgery the dogs heart rate dropped so low during surgery they had to give him an injection to bring him back where he should be and he would be ready around 2:30. When I pick him up dr explains the incision is extra long because his testicles were extra big. I end up paying $557! So I get him home and few hours goes by and it's not looking good(see pictures) I bring him back and dr explains again it's big cause testicles were big and she didn't want to leave too much skin or cut too much off. She now prescribes me with an antibiotic cause I'm afraid of infection. My dog is in so much pain cried all night even after I gave him his pain meds. I ask to have the manager call me so I can get this issue handled and Carrie Pink calls me today defensive and with an attitude as if I've done something wrong and never once asks how my dog is doing just defending the doctors work without even seeing the dog. Terrible terrible customer service and a terrible procedure done by doctor Elizabeth Mower.
