  • So friendly! The employees here are great & always give excellent service. I found out Echo Coffee was opening in my neighborhood on twitter & facebook, so I followed the pre-opening progress & was excited to see it open. The owner Steve is super nice, & always willing to listen to customer feedback. It has become a great place for me to get work done at and occasionally hang out with friends. Steve roasts the beans in the shop & is very serious about putting out a great product. I've noticed the staff gets better at making the drinks every time I go in there. I'd love it if there were some surge strips to plug more computers into, but hopefully that will happen soon. Nice to have coffee that's 100% higher quality than the Starbucks we've been stuck with in the neighborhood.
