  • I started using SimonMed last year, went for mammogram. I was so pleased of how quickly I got my appointment, how I did not have to wait any and with service in general. Then, my husband used them 3 times this year; there are offices at different parts of town, he went to 3 different location and the service is consistent, great everywhere. last visit was at Maryland parkway location, but the experience was great everywhere. I am doing review for this location as we were touched by service of two employees, Tania at front desk, and Amanda Callaway as the ultrasound tech. My husband recently had open heart surgery and is having hernia/hydrocele operation in few days and we needed ultrasound done quickly. Tania was by herself at the time at front desk, but - was she capable balancing phone calls, people at the front, answering question, doing computer work! All with smile on her face. And, now Amanda - how considerate she was with my husband after this major surgery, she took time to do the US, answered questions before and after, as well, with smile and care! Customer service is important always, but in these life challenging situations , more than ever. Thank you ladies, you deserve gold stars!
