I had a great experience buying my car here a year ago. Very laid back and friendly sales staff. Not pushy at all, except for the thing they "have to read to you" about buying extra warranty packages.
Skip to a year later when I need PA state inspection and emissions test. I called and asked when they had free time in the service center as I'd have to wait while they did the inspections. I was told 10am the next day was free and that it would be 1-2 hours. When I walked in five minutes before my appointment, both guys at the service desk were busy and didn't acknowledge me until their manager yelled "help the customer!" I explained that I was there for my 10 o'clock inspection and was told that they'd "put me in line" but that it wouldn't be until late afternoon that they could get to my car. I explained that I'd made an appointment and that I didn't have a ride/would have to wait. He insisted that he was honoring my appointment but that they couldn't see my car for hours. I asked if they could just put my name in line and call me when I was number 2 or 3. No, the car would have to be there I was told. I called another shop and had my new tags within the hour.
Absolutely terrible customer service from the service center. I understand that mechanics are not always customer service oriented, but come on. What's the point of making an appointment if you're just going to treat me like a walk in? Time is valuable!
