  • You'll thank me when I warn you not to rent from here. Made a reservation online, get to the location and they were sold out! Why make a reservation when there's nothing even available?! The insensitive rep who obviously hated his job directed us to another location almost 30 minutes away. SAME story! I asked that rep how is that possible..his answer "it's just this business." he then made a reservation for us at the McCaran airport (opposite side of town) but we learned this time. Contacted that location, a reservation was confirmed but no vehicles available! What a joke this place is! Went with another car rental company and was not disappointed! Glad I didn't do business with this place.
