  • After having a memorably bad experience with the same company in Chandler (see my review) I met Bob at their store in Gilbert. Bob is a good man who knows how to place the best interests of clients ahead of his own interests and the interests to fix things that don't need fixing. It's hard to find guys like Bob. He is from the older generation when we treated others with respect and the way we want to be treated ourselves. Guys like Bob just do what's right and in the process build GOODWILL. In an age where everyone wants to put their hand on your wallet, Bob is a rare find. I will be back and I suggest anyone who wants excellent service and honest answers do the same. Thank you Bob. You're a good man. We need more like you.
