My friend went to this place for the air bag recall from the Takata case that the Federal government settled.She went to this place because I said Towbin was unprofessional.An appointment was made and she was told the car the car would be done the same day in a few hours.Upon arriving I went to the restroom and 3 of the salesman were in the restroom cussing and carrying on and acting childish that was the 1st impression of this establishment.We left the car at 8am and were told that it would be ready at noon.At 4 it wasn't ready and they said come down and it will be ready at 5.At 5 we were given the car and were told only the drivers side air bag was replaced and the passenger side air bag was removed and they had no replacement in and would call us when it came in and sent us home with no passenger side airbag.4 weeks go by no call and they were called and said part came in and appointment was made for the next week.Car was brought in at 8am and at about 3:30 I called Nathan the Service Adviser and he said the car came in with no air bag and i told him that his service department had removed it.I Said We are not paying Anything and he said he has to check with his boss and the tech.I told him we will come in.We arrived and he said the car is almost done and you don't have to pay.Earlier he had said that he saved the job for last because it was easy and fast.Nathan is a nice guy and professional but this dealership is not and seems shady and I wouldn't buy anything there.For 4 weeks they let drive around with no airbag on the passenger side which is very unsafe and nobody ever got back to us and they are lucky there was no accident and no nobody got hurt or killed and they didn't get sued
