  • Had a very pleasant experience with Rick at Lenscrafters at Arizona Mills. I was actually kind of skeptical about shopping for glasses at the mall. Rick was not only super friendly, he was well acknowledged about any questions I had, fitting the glasses and made it a good time picking glasses. I didn't feel like I was being rushed and he thoroughly walked me through the fitting process making it a little learning experience too. Overall, it was a good visit and I'm definitely coming back..
