rev:text	Revising my review a bit due to the very helpful Sara- Community Manager at Camden. In complete opposition to what I was told by the Asst Mgr, Tre Anderson, (in Sara's absence) they actually ARE willing to negotiate your lease renewal terms. What a shame that Tre chose to be so unhelpful AND UNTRUTHFUL about this! Sara worked with me and got the lease renewal price WAY down from $140 extra per month. They are also working on a solution to the mail/package issue which hasn't been announced to residents yet but seems like it will make life MUCH easier for all of us. Everything else is tolerable enough that I feel I can stay here. Sara's patience & willingness to address my issues meant a lot! I'm a great resident of this community and I appreciate being treated as such! She even threw in a free carpet cleaning for my unit. Thank you Sara!!!
