  • I checked out over 20 places searching for my new home and this was one of them. First of all it's a great location. It's right next to The District, and in a good part of GVR which is why I went there in the first place. The drive into the complex looks nice and walking around the complex is better than most. I liked the unit itself a lot, and seemed good quality for the price point. The pool area was also really nice for the price point. The gym was by far the largest and best apartment gym I've ever seen, and as Liz (the leasing agent) pointed out, I could probably cancel my 24hr fitness membership if I lived here to save a little money. While I would still need a gym like 24hr, that's probably a true statement for 95% of people. Out of the 20+ leasing agents I spoke with, only 3 actually seemed to be anything more than order takers, and Liz was one of those 3. I could only afford a 1br here, and ultimately decided to go with a 2br elsewhere, but if this is in your price range i'd recommend checking it out.
