  • First let's start with the will call window ... sloooower than molasses! Everyone was confused as to what exactly the holdup was?? Okay ... then in we go.. open seating basically so that was great! Oh yea and in case you haven't heard it like a million times ... there is a 2 drink minimum! It's extremely marked up pricing ... but okay, now we know. Next and most astonishing thing ... I had reservations for 2 to see Nicole Byer who apparently cancelled her shows here in Arizona... no mention of this to us at will call window ... not a sign ... not an announcement ... not one word of the cancelled headliner?? What??? Some guy headlined who sounded like Seinfeld ... whiny and to me not really funny. Had I been told about Nicole Byers cancellation I would not have come! Very disappointing... unorganized... and the explanation after the show (when we asked the ticket people) was oh you were supposed to have been called! Hmmm I really think this was a bs excuse to keep this huge paying crowd inside to buy drinks / food just to spend $$. Inexcusable! Feeling ripped off!!! One star cause I cannot give "0" stars!
