  • I called empire because they were running a 99.00 room special. When the sales man got to my house he told me in so many words that the 99.00 special is horrible and not very good. I asked him "then what is a better deal?" And he began to tell me. After he told me about his wife...home... Real estate agent we finally got to why he was there. He gave me the bid (a little high) I told him I would be in touch. I lost the bid and asked him to resubmit it because I wanted to get a second bid from a competitor. He told me no once he knew that. My thoughts are why would you care...if you are the best in town you shouldn't care... Go with a more honest company who stands by their company!!!
