  • Nice guy, but quality and value were lacking. I needed a new radiator and I definitely got what I needed with great service, BUT a few months later I took my vehicle in for regular maintenance and found that a screw had been mis-threaded into the radiator and I had been leaking fluid, in addition to that, my regular guy informed me that I also paid too much. So, I am more mad at myself for not going to see my regular guy first and I will not be back to see Mr. Pickart.
