  • I called a few days ahead and was told Mommy and Me was going on for today (Labor Day). It was even on the calendar. It says not applicable during breaks, but this was a holiday not a fall break plus I had called! So we get there and pay the regular rate for 1hr because my son was looking so forward to it. Turns out he got hurt 40min into and had to leave without getting a prorate of money back. I would never spend that much again nor trust when I call.
