  • I am a Tau Freak....Not much else to say. I'm an athlete so I am looking for the healthiest, nor-GMO and organic foods out there. This is my place. Though as recent reviews do state somethings are definitely? higher like gluten free-sprouted bread and the out-of-season fruits and veggies. But they give a wide variety of great products. I love the all natural soaps for $1.99, the samples out on the weekends to try different foods and items. The fruits and veggies that are in season are way lower as it's cheaper for them and they price organic bananas at .79 Cents a pound and 2 lbs of apples for $2.99. What else to check out the deals and sales. I picked up lbs of fresh veggie meat for my family for $2.99 each reg price at other markets $5-$6. They have a lot? of freshly made items in the market as well for a healthier option if you don't have time to cook. Around the store, they have health, makeup and cleaning products too. They offer as well organic meats, dairy, and a lot of non-GMO options. I love all of the recent renovations, the products they stock and how I never wait more than 2 minutes at the cash as they have a lot? of tills open. As well it feels great to support the local economy and not give my money to the big corporations that don't really support me.
