I'm a fan! I definitely wish that it was closer to home, because I find it hard to drive all the way to Summerlin for dinner.
I met some friends here for lunch prior to some shopping in Downtown Summerlin. It was our first time eating at Pancho's, although I had heard a lot of good things about the restaurant. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.
We started with guacamole, which I believe was around $7. Only thing is, it was a HUGE portion and we didn't even come close to finishing it. It was really good.
I ordered one of their combo meals (cheese enchilada and chile relleno), which came with rice and beans. Everything was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed their chips and salsa as well (probably too much). Our server was really friendly and I loved the decor. It reminded me of being home in San Diego and going down to Old Town to eat. I don't really think it's that overpriced, especially considering the portion sizes and the area.
