Love this cute theatre mostly because it shows all the Indie films that you can't see elsewhere in Charlotte. I visited here twice in a matter of two days to catch a movie I wanted to see. The movie was so fabulous that I ended up bringing my mom the next day to see the same movie.
I enjoy the smaller theaters as it gives you a more intimate setting in which to connect with the film. The atmosphere is very quiet with little to no noise from your fellow movie goers and plenty of space to spread out.
My favorite feature of the theatre is that they have a student and local artist gallery displaying fabulous works of art all throughout the lobby space of the theatre.
The theatre could use a bit of a makeover as most of the fixtures and seats are dated. But it's charm shines through its bleak surroundings. Hopefully really will consider the reserved seating model in this theatre soon.
The clerks had fabulous and prompt customer service which allowed us to make it into the movie (the second time) just in the nick of time. Can't wait to see another film here!
