| - This pool is a generally nice place to go on a sunny Saturday morning. The water is generally clear and clean, there is both shallow and deep water, and it's nice to relax and enjoy the water. It can get pretty crowded, though, so it's best to come as early as you can. The cons, though, include the food, price, and the lifeguards. My mother and I got pizza and some fries w/ cheese for about a total of 8 bucks. The pizza was pretty okay, good amount and pretty tasty. The fries, however, ruined my appetite for a good portion of the day. In the middle of the fries, there was a dead, fried, daddy long leg spider. We went up to the lady at the desk who handled the food and told us it wasn't there and she didn't know what we were talking about. We put it closer up to her eyes and she snatched it out of our hands and threw it away. No refund, no replacement, nothing.
Also, what you should consider before going here is the price as I mentioned. It is $8 for adults to get in (which I believe is age 11 and up but I may be wrong) and $6 for a child. So, yes, it's sort of a bit on the high side.
Lastly, I just wanted to mention that the life guards aren't the best here. They are pretty lazy and spend the whole time eating, talking, and screaming at kids who touch the rope to the deep end. I particularly didn't feel very safe if I happened to drown or something, I feel like none of them were qualified to really do so.
In conclusion, yes, this is a nice place to spend your time. But please note all the factors I included in this review.
