  • John at Joy to the Pets was phenomenal. One of our pets is on meds and was a bit of a booger during our trip, but John texted every day with his techniques to get him to take his meds. He sent pictures and kept in touch to let us know that the fur children were well taken care of while we were away. The detailed notes that were left along with the daily pictures really set my mind at ease. I would not hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing pet care while they were away.
