  • Dr. Timothy Trainor could be a brilliant doctor, but I will never know it. I have been trying to get in to see him, but the staff has provided anything but support. The treatment I received over the phone was ill-mannered, callus and disconnected. There was no attempt to create a report with me; the potential new patient. I signed and sent a release of information via email to one staff member that was to carry out a critical task prior to my initial appointment, yet failed to complete it. When I addressed it with the Office Manager I was told she was doing me a "favor," that it was not her job to do anything to help me. When enough was enough and I had it with her insensitive manner I asked her if Dr. Timothy Trainor was aware of how his staff was treating his potential patients. She said yes. She was all too eager to cancel my appointment. It is my opinion that a Doctor cannot be great without a great support staff. I will not be meeting Dr. Timothy Trainor, he can thank his staff for that!
