  • Told me I was approved on the phone for a vehicle I was interested in and to come down. I had given them all my finance info online. I Told them before I made the drive I wanted to be sure I was approved. Once I got there, they then began the "approval" process, only to tell me the next day they Couldn't help me. Case and point? ....they lied to get me down there and wasted my time. You don't tell someone their financing is "secure" when in reality they haven't secured anything. I called carmax and had an approval and locked in interest rate in 5 minutes. These guys really need to learn the value of business ethics.
