  • 3.5 - stars for the drink quality 1 - star for the service Didnt meant to write a review until now when recently a friend had to come down to order and deliver two simple plain BBT drinks up to my place closeby. Both of us came to this joint several times and as many of the people in this neighborhood would know, there are tons of options available for BBT here. They told him that he was to tip them for the drinks despite the fact that he is there to deliver the drinks up to me. If anything, I should be tipping my good friend for doing such a service. Coming down and ordering bbt for takeout should be no different than ordering your average big mac at mcdonalds. Needless to say, unless sharetea is providing outstanding or even slightly above average service (which they do not - no conversations, greetings or smiles when coming in) please don't go about harassing your customers for tips. With that said, my friend and I will no longer be coming in due to the fear of being harassed and unreasonably shamed for not tipping for bad service on a takeout. Best of luck
