  • Well I have to give it 5 stars as this is our spot. We work in Hearst tower and go to "phils" at least twice a week. Me my husband and our friend are frequently the only ones in the bar and we're ok with that. The food is good, the staff are friendly and the beers are cold. The only times I drag the guys away are when I want to drink wine, sorry - it's not a good spot for wine.... oh but get the mac n cheese bites and the chicken strips! Yum
