| - So, I took two dresses here to have tailored. One was a cotton summer dress that only needed an inch off the bottom. The tailor managed to cut so much off that I had to turn it into a shirt. The second dress, a bridesmaids dress, was so poorly hemmed (I find out later that the tailor has never worked with the material- why would you not mention that??) that I had to take it elsewhere because they couldn't fix it. After all of my headaches and running around trying to get the dress fixed, they paid me back for the tailor that had to fix this tailors terrible work.
A few days ago, I go to drop off a shirt to have dry cleaned and walk in to find out that Pat, the owner, has BANNED ME from using their services for something that was completely their fault. When I say that to her, Angie replies "It's not our fault, it was the tailors fault." No, Angie, it is your fault because you have hired her to do the work,. I do not understand how you can go about banning customers and still continue to do business.
CRAPPY CRAPPY CRAPPY business ethic.
