  • I paid extra for the Platinum wash it was supposed to clean out all of your door jams and cupholders...none of that was done. I had to go back, because there was still bird poop still all over the right side of my car, that's the reason I went. They cleaned that off, then wiped down my backseat (because that wasn't wiped either) and still disregarded the cupholders and door jams. Spent $30 and still not happy even after I gave them a chance to redeem themselves.
