  • Stay away, far away! This organization (and I use that term loosely) is a nightmare. The right hand has absolutely no idea what the left hand is doing. You make an appointment and then get six text messages telling you to schedule and appointment because you are overdue. You provide your insurance information more than once, then get a text saying you have no insurance. Don't even get me started about the actual personnel. The receptionist (who claims to be a supervisor) takes your insurance card and makes a copy, then a minute later tells you they have no insurance information so they are going to charge you! The supposed operations manager asks questions without listening to the answers, and then asks the same question again. This entire place is a JOKE and I would be afraid for them to exam my eyes!!!!
