  • I've been getting my lashes done for over a year by Deeanna, she's the absolute best. However, she couldn't fit me in so another girl did them. As I was leaving, I pointed out to the receptionist and Deanna that what I had just received was NOT a volume fill, I was still charged $85.00!!! Not good customer service at all! 5 days later I had no lashes in the center of my left eye...I called the salon and they had me send a pic of my eyes. The "Manager" called and said make an appt with Deanna and she will take care of you. I made an apt for the following Sunday and she did an excellent job for which I tipped extremely well for since the salon was picking up the bill. As I was leaving the receptionist stopped me and told me that the manager told me that they would only pay for half! I certainly wish I would have recorded that phone call because no such words were ever said! So why was I charged $65.00 when a volume fill cost $85.00. Won't be going back. Horrible customer service. Also, if the "N" word or the "F" word offend you, then the music they have playing while you're supposed to be relaxing and getting pampered, this is NOT the salon for you.
