Horrible business practices. After two days of back and forth by phone, my mother made a deal with them to purchase a vehicle. She then gave her old car away on the day she was to take position of the vehicle from them. After speaking to them again to make sure everything was a go, she took an Uber to their Glendale location. Upon her arrival she was then informed that they " were not going to be financing this vehicle any longer, but had other great cars for her." They attempted to talk to her into some other vehicles that they had on their premises, all of which were absolutely terrible. Seems like the old case of bait and switch.
From the beginning I had a bad feeling about them. They seemed sketchy on the phone. Also every time my mother originally tried to set an appt for the vehicle, they seemed to move it to another location for various and sundry reasons . A lot of other things happened regarding the vehicle or sales personnel , but who wants to read all of it ?
Best suggestion is to find a reputable company to do business with.
