  • The three stars are for the TACOS. The event itself is pretty amazing but I was so disappointed by the ticketing and bracelet process, we probably won't go next year. First of all we paid to have our tickets mailed to avoid lines at the venue. When we arrived the line for "already have tickets" was wrapped around the fence and seemed never ending. The "need tickets" line was so short! They force you to add money to your bracelet and what's worse is if you don't spend it all they charge you $3.50 to refund...4 to 10 days later. You can't pull dollar amounts of the bracelets so if one has less money than you want to spend, you can't split the purchase. They scanners at the vendor booths sucked! (Some of them took cash to avoid the hassle) the lines for these dumb bracelets were also long and that was even more frustrating. So to attend the festival, you pay to get in, pay to spend your own money and it takes FOREVER to get funds on the bracelet, get a beer or sample a taco. I would rather Yelp good Tacos and avoid this mess all together.
