  • My wife and I came in on 07/22 and met with Cameron. He was very nice and quite knowledgeable about the particular palms and plants we were looking for. After spending about half an hour with him designing the layout, we then went out and picked the palms and plants to our specific standards and his expertise. Cameron is definitely someone to help you with the layout of your yard. The plants and trees were scheduled to be installed 9 days later and it went off without a hitch. Alex called a few days before to confirm delivery and answer any questions I had. He also called the morning of to let me know when his guys would be out and he called to follow up on the job that they did. Very nice follow up by him after the purchase. Jared was the foreman of the crew that planted everything. It was planted in the exact spots we wanted and was done in a very professional and workmanlike manner. I had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience with this particular Moon Valley location. The staff was excellent and we are already contemplating our next purchase.
