  • Train wreck. This place is an absolute train wreck. I am truly surprised they are still in business. Absolutely should have read the reviews. Would have saved me time, money and irritation. I have seen high school student senate meetings that are more organized than this office. Wait time was longer than my appointment, and not because they were packed. Reception played on their phones and did a far less than impressive job of occasionally fumbling files. Professionalism apparently is not required nor desired. Suggested work I needed done was immense. Apparently a bomb went off in my mouth that thousands of dollars could fix. They offered a horrible financing plan to help you handle all the expenses before even being asked as if they were used to peddling the product, knowing that even insurance may not cover some of what they may have been suggesting. This place is like a chop shop. Worse than that mechanic that charges folks for services not rendered. Word to the Wise. Move along. This is not the dental practice you are looking for.
