  • Manager Valerie did an amazing job handling a situation today where I had forgotten my wallet at home but wanted to see Deadpool. Im 34, 6ft 5 and clearly not a minor however the tellers still had a responsibility to follow the rules for eater R movies. So they wouldn't let me in without an ID. I drove from 75th ave and Baseline so I was in no position to drive home and all the way back for a movie. Valerie was made an exception on my behalf and let me in. I appreciate her willingness to work with me bend the rules a little bit in my favor. I don't condone breaking the rules but she made the right call in this situation. Valerie exhibited critical thinking, wisdom, discernment and hospitality. Give her a promotion, a raise and a paid day off for her effort to be a good leader!
