  • I was initially directed to a Jeep Patriot (piece of junk)as I had paid for a small SUV. Having driven one before from Alamo in Ft. Lauderdale, I protested and to their credit, I was upgraded to a larger Hyundai product. Vehicle was clean but we only discovered after a few days that the passenger electronic door locks didn't work and we had essentially been leaving the vehicle open. I have used Alamo for many years and their service is just as good as the higher priced competition.
