  • Let's be clear; still unacceptable to put a pallet of blocks on a slope. Still I am updating as HD did address my issue reasonably regarding the incomplete order. . Really the 5 stars to belong to three ladies who work there. Period. One; the lady near the car loading area on managed account side (right entrance if facing) there almost every day. Two; the lady with the blonde braids today in tools that helped me find a pair of overpriced, but much more reasonably so pair of scissors as compared to the most obvious offerings. And 3, and most importantly; the lady with short grey hair and irish? Scottish? Accent? That knows her rebar and stakes. At any rate, I am guessing you don't have a multitude of such ladies to discern from. I would clone and hire an entire HD of that lady. Knowledgeable, charming, helpful, kind. I would have loaded her onto a pallet to take home if I could have. Please recognize these LADIES as the asset to your company that they are. SO often the male employees have looked through me I suppose assuming I am with a 'man' doing the shopping, I suppose when I need assistance. Thank you 3 awesome ladies! I hope they give you all a raise because you deserve it.
