  • If I could give a negative star rating, I would. The master bedroom fans were not cleaned and I had to hurry to clean walls myself before final walk through. The real estate agent said only reason I was not being charged for incomplete cleaning was they were repainting the inside of the house. This is shown in the new post for the rental. Email said 3 people for 4 hours. Had 1 person for 1 hour. Then 2 people for 3 hours. Baseboards in living room, walls in bedroom, and windows in two rooms all dirty. I was not happy that I had to run to store for cleaning supplies to hurry and clean myself! I stated we were paying in cash, which we had (plus a tip for each of the 4 that were supposed to show). The gals that showed walked without saying anything, or to see if all was good. Two weeks later, I start getting harassed with several calls and emails, one voice mail already states "collections"!!! STAY far far away!
