If you're even the slightest OCD, you wouldn't like it here. No plates in sight and open cafeteria seating that screams "lack of sanitation!" I like the family friendly atmosphere and decor, but the 50 foot long tables in the center of the room made me fearful that is have to sit with a family I didn't know (thankful though that there was family sitting close who taught me how to use the bottle opener on the wall). The food was ok...I had pork ribs that were actually good and tender. Brisket was dry with hardly any flavor; thank goodness for BBQ sauce. The beans tasted like they were cooked in the can over an open flame and the baked potato left much to be desired; seemed to be missing something. Our cashier, Sergio, was great though. Patient, kind, and tolerated our constant changes while we ordered. Another staff, who I assumed was a manager, was main round and being helpful which is always nice! It was a new experience, but for this place, one time is enough.
