  • It is unfortunate I have to leave this feedback as my family and I do love their bagels (but not the coffee at this location). I've enjoyed your $2 off Tuesdays throughout the entire season this year. I always order a Pumpkin Walnut Crunch Bagel, toasted and SCOOPED with pumpkin schmear. This morning was no different and as I ordered my item, the service attendant curtly answered they no longer do that with the premium bagels, stating something about breakage etc. Mind you, I was in the store last week and no notification of procedural change was mentioned. I did mention that to her and went on to explain that I didn't care. Her level of curtness grew and grew and the conversation continued. I was so frustrated she chose to engage in this behavior, I took the bagel as it came (toasted, NOT scooped) and left. As a regular customer to THIS location (less than a mile from my home - ugh, I did not appreciate her approach whatsoever and I will take my Einstein business elsewhere. As a side note, this is only location that I am aware that sells Caribou swill for coffee. It should be Melvin's.
