  • Good deals, decent stuff but worst on returns. Although I returned something, got a receipt, it never processed for whatever reason. And their return dept takes forever. 3 folks working and taking over 15 mins to help 3 people, while you have 2 folks working home delivery & furniture delivery with nothing to do. Poor customer service planning, they should be able to overlap to help. Still waiting with 9 more people ahead of me. Finally got done after an hour...beyond ridiculous!!!
