| - I love H&M clothing. I'd say 50% of my wardrobe is from there. But I just can't go to this location anymore. Every time I go in there, I get into a fight with the employees.
Last time, I was waiting in line on the women's floor change room, and I was next in line. I said NOTHING and didn't make any facial "upset" indications - no eye roll, no loud sighs. And the girl behind the counter who was directing change room traffic said, "Look, you're next in line, I'm doing the best I can, you don't have to give me attitude" etc etc and started yelling at me. I said, "Excuse me?" I was flabbergasted. First of all, let's play pretend and say I was somehow indicating the line wasn't moving fast enough or some other problem (although it was clear all the change room's were filled) --- you're in CUSTOMER SERVICE. You cant yell at the customer like that!! I understand the employees are all 12 years old and this is their first real job, and they probably are bitter, but I had jobs like that and I would never, ever treat a customer with such disrespect.
