  • I always wait a few weeks before reviewing any business. You just never know what can change. So, it has been a few weeks since I traded my Mustang in for our new 2016 Civic, and we love it. Buying any car is a nightmare process and there is little the dealer can do to make it better. But the staff at Autonation Honda was awesome. They were constantly checking with me to insure I was ok, offering water and snacks. Just generally being nice. The finance process is normally that high pressure "buy or the world will end and puppies will die". But they were just very thorough and explained all my options in detail. When I didn't go for the Platinum package they didn't try to make it look like a bad decision, they just asked what was important to me and helped put together a better and more cost effective option. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
